A natural Magnesium & Rose Water-based solution to help ease anxiety, encourage a more restful sleep as well as promote smoother skin by restoring the magnesium levels in your body. It is also often used to assist in reducing muscle cramps and encourage quicker recovery post-workout by replenishing magnesium levels lost through sweat. This wondrous concoction contains five carefully selected essential oils : Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Lavender and Peppermint to help improve blood circulation, calm nerves, foster a more positive state of mind and leave your skin silky smooth and smelling divine.

Directions: Shake well before use. Apply after a heavy workout to alleviate muscle tension or whenever you feel the need to unwind. Spray on arms, legs and stomache daily and massage gently into skin. If it tingles the first few times it’s used, this is completely normal. Leave it on skin or if you prefer, wash off after 20 minutes with lukewarm water.
